I met Rayna in Sofia, travelling through Bulgaria, after I spotted the work she did for ING aiding the promotion of the archeological site of Perperikon. To me she was one of the best examples of the rapid integration of her country into our common European culture, deeply rooted in history and open to the challenges of modern society. A hard and loyal worker who should go places internationally.

Frank Hawkes
International Banking Consultant

I worked very closely with Rayna during my tenure with ING in Bulgaria. She is “keen as mustard” (as we say in UK) and approached all of her varied PR and Corporate Communications assignments with both tremendous drive and professionalism.

All of her assignments were handled extremely well to the total satisfaction of the Country Manager and myself as well as her functional superiors at Region and Head Office.

She is to be congratulated in particular for thinking on her feet in a very creative manner when faced with technolgical “breakdowns” that were completely outwith our local control (i.e. originated at HO level).

I would be pleased to work with Rayna again and convey to her my most sincere best wishes for her continued success. (Frank managed Rayna indirectly at ING Bulgaria (WB)

Dessislava Lashkova
EMEA HR Lead at Cargill Bulgaria

I have known and worked with Rayna for 11 years at ING (Bulgaria). Very creative personality, focussed on the big picture and achieving results, outside-the-box thinker, Rayna is an invaluable team member.

She runs both internal and external communications with energy, dedication and indeed makes a difference as she loves her job and always approaches new or different projects and tasks enthusiastically, with all her heart.

Her professionalism and excellent skills in the field of Corporate Communications and PR make her a high value expert who would be an asset to any organisation. (Dessislava worked with Rayna at ING Bulgaria (WB)
